Why come to a sound bath?
Sound baths are incredibly relaxing, meditative experience…and also benefit your mind and body! We begin with a guided meditation & enjoy an hour sound immersion designed to help you achieve deeper states of meditation. In these deep states our bodies are able to enter into a restorative, coherent mode.
Some benefits of consistently utilizing sound & meditation are:
improved sleep
improved focus
immune system support
stress/anxiety reduction
improved mindfulness
No experience needed!
PLEASE READ: I am currently working on buying thick mats for the sound bath space, but currently only have 5. The first 5 people who book a sound bath will have a memory foam mat reserved for them, the rest of the participants will use regular yoga mats. When you go to the booking page, it will tell you how many spots are left. If it says 5 or less, you will need to bring your own yoga mat.
Eye pillows & bolsters are available.
You are also welcome to bring additional items such as a pillow, blanket, or water bottle.
