In the Body is a client-centered 3 month long 1:1 coaching and spiritual mentorship program designed to support your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

The physical health of your body and mind is not separate from your spirituality. Taking care of ourselves is essential…and not just taking care of ourselves, but doing it intentionally and consistently.

This program is for those who are looking for spiritual expansion, while also taking care of their body and mind.

Wellness means we are intentionally taking care of each aspect of our well being. We are:

  • moving our bodies

  • getting consistent sleep

  • eating healthy foods

  • managing our stress

  • creating nourishing and fulfilling habits

  • expanding our spiritual awareness and growth

This program is not about prescribing protocols. It’s about exploring your relationship with your body, your mind, and your life — and creating lifestyle shifts that support your unique goals and values.

Alongside coaching, spiritual mentorship is woven throughout the program. After your intake, you’ll receive a personalized meditation and sound healing practice that evolves week by week as your foundation strengthens. This practice is designed to support mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual connection in a grounded, accessible way — and to grow with you as you move through the chakras.

  • This program is currently $400.

    I am currently accepting 5 people for this program.

    There is a payment plan available.

  • All sessions are virtual in central time zone.

    There are a total of 12 calls, 1 per each week.

    The first intake call is estimated for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    Each call after that is 1 hour.

    Scheduling will be discussed during your discovery call. I currently have the most openings on the weekend, but have some week night flexibility.

    • protocols or prescriptions

    • expert level advice on nutrition, exercise plans, health crisis, etc.

  • This program is for anyone ready to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing—and willing to put in the work to discover what’s working for them, adjust what isn’t, and cultivate a deeper connection with life. It’s designed for people who want to explore multiple aspects of their life to feel balanced in body, mind, and spirit.

    If you’re looking for someone to only help with exercise, or only help you expand your intuitive abilities, this program may not be the right fit. This program is for those ready to go deep, do the inner and outer work, and grow in a holistic, integrated way.

    No prior experience with meditation or spirituality is needed. You don’t need to subscribe to any belief system—just be open to connecting with life and your own inner wisdom on a deeper level.

Meet your coach

Hi! I’m Trinity—a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and holistic healing practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from within, and that you hold the wisdom you need to feel more whole, clear, and connected…we just need to tap into it!

With a background in Reiki, sound healing, and psychic intuitive practices, I bring a grounded and compassionate presence to every coaching session, and an understanding that our spiritual nature is not separate from our health- but deeply integrated with our experience of life. I received my coaching certification through the Institute of Holistic and Integrative Studies, and am currently working toward my board certification with the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, which is overseen by the AMA (NBH-WC). This training emphasizes evidence-based methods and psychology-backed approaches that empower people to create meaningful, lasting change in all areas of wellbeing.
