    Wellness isn’t only physical—it’s also about connection, meaning, and alignment. Here, we can explore the practices, values, and rituals that keep you rooted, inspired, and connected to yourself, others, and the world around you.

A 3 Month Health & Wellness Coaching Program of structured support to help you reconnect with your vision, goals, and intentionality of your well being.

During the program we will collaborate to create personalized achievable wellness goals and chat about lifestyle and behavior-change support based on your needs and values.

In the body Program

  • Coaching is an incredible collaborative way to help you assess your wellness and get you to where you want to be. We aren’t here to tell you what to do…and if you’re seeking out a coach you’ve probably already been told by someone what to do and have realized that it isn’t always as simple as that.

    Coaches work with you to look at your lifestyle, habits, and mindsets to help you navigate how to get to where you want to be. Building and expanding the vision you have for yourself. Coaches help you figure it out, and help you make it happen.

    • Assessments written with guided support to help us figure out where to start, identify strengths, and get an overall view of your wellness

    • 6 bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions that begin with a grounding guided meditation to create a safe, supportive space to explore what's feeling misaligned and what’s feeling great. Also included are 2 optional 15 minute follow up sessions once the program is completed.

    • A 60-75 minute Initial Session where we discuss your vision, goals, health and wellness of where you are to where you want to be to set the tone for the program.

    • Access to Additional Resources such as: guided meditations, gratitude practices, self energetic tools, meditation tips, and more

  • The founders rate for this program costs $300 total. Once the 5 spots are taken the program will close and reopen at a later date with the normal price rate ($500).

    There are 2 payment options:

    • pay up front in full upon signing up, $300.00

    • split payment into 3 payments of $100 paid over the course of 3 months, the first payment is due upon booking

  • This program does not include any other intuitive services within the program such as sound healing sessions, readings, etc.

    However, there is a spiritual aspect to this program. Wellness covers a broad range, and with my particular background in the healing work I do I feel spirituality and your connection to life is an important aspect of your health and wellness. We begin each session with a guided meditation and spirituality/spiritual practices are something we can talk about if that is something you personally want to work our during our time together.

    Included in this program is access to a client portal that includes additional resources such as: recorded meditations, energetic tools, gratitude practices, etc. that you may use at your own discretion throughout the program on your own time if you feel it would benefit you along your coaching journey!

  • All sessions are virtual over google meets.

  • The sessions for this program will be at a bi-weekly rate and I will have many opportunities for times and days open. There will be options for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday time slots throughout the day.

    Before booking the program, you will book a 15 min discovery call with me. During this call we will discuss scheduling, details, and make sure this is a good fit for you.

  • Stress impacts all areas of our life and is a complex issue…and chronic stress can really start to cause issues with our mind and our body. Remember that candy bar commercial slogan? “you’re not you when you’re hungry”

    Well you’re not you when you’re stressed all the time!
    Working on stress and creating a more mindful presence in your life can improve your health, sleep, mindset, productivity, relationships, and open you up to possibilities you might not have seen before.

  • This is a short 15-30 minute call to ensure this program is the right fit for you, and that I am the right Coach for you! We will talk about any questions you have, make sure coaching will help you get to where you want to be, and chat about scheduling. Feeling great after that? You can book the program!

Free College student coaching program

College life can be exciting — but it can also be stressful, overwhelming, and full of big transitions. To support students during this time, I’m currently offering free 30-minute wellness coaching sessions for college students.

These one-on-one sessions provide a safe, supportive space to talk through challenges, explore healthy habits, and create more balance in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating stress, or simply want to feel more grounded and motivated, coaching can help you reconnect with your goals and build practical steps forward.

  • For this free program each Client can schedule up to 3 free 30 minute coaching sessions. Feeling like 1 session was all you need? No worries! There is no pressure to schedule all 3.

  • It really is free! No catch. College is very exciting, but I know how demanding this time of life is and paying for help isn’t always an option during this time for so many people. I won’t be able to offer this free program forever, but I am very excited to be able to currently offer this.

  • This program does not include any other services I offer.

  • All sessions are virtual over google meets.

  • I have openings for this program during tuesday-thursday evenings at varying times. You will be able to view these times when you go to book. I do not allow people to schedule more than 60 days in the future, so if you don’t see an opening, check back later!

    When you go to book, please just book your first appointment. At the end of that appointment if you want to schedule more, we can do that together on the call.

  • Coaching is not therapy and I can not help you with experiencing depression in the way that a therapist or medical professional will. That is outside of my scope. However, if you are currently seeking help for your depression and want to pair coaching with that, it can be incredibly helpful! If you aren’t feeling depressed, but you just want help feeling better such as more motivation, positivity, healthier habits, or less stress, coaching can be a good fit. We can look at lifestyle and mindset changes. However, if you exhibit symptoms that I feel go outside of my scope or at any point I feel concerned for your well being beyond coaching, I will encourage you to find the right professional and will have to terminate our coaching sessions until you seek assistance.

Meet your coach

Hi! I’m Trinity—a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and holistic healing practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from within, and that you hold the wisdom you need to feel more whole, clear, and connected…we just need to tap into it!

With a background in Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive practices, I bring a grounded and compassionate presence to every coaching session. I received my coaching certification through the Institute of Holistic and Integrative Studies, and am currently working toward my board certification with the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, which is overseen by the AMA (NBH-WC). This training emphasizes evidence-based methods and psychology-backed approaches that empower people to create meaningful, lasting change in all areas of wellbeing.

Whether you’re navigating stress, a sense of disconnection, or wanting to make changes to feel better in your mind or body I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with what matters most: your own inner rhythm, truth, and vitality.
