ENERGY HEALING & the Psychic Realms

Just a quick note here: This is a MASSIVE topic and is going to change depending on the perspective and master you are learning from. Understanding this often misunderstood topic requires a wide variety of study from multiple different areas. Due to this I suggest you begin with mindfulness, meditation, study of spirituality, chakras, and then begin towards this path but you do what is best for you that is just my suggestion!
