This session is a blend of energy healing, sound, and intuitive guidance. Using the chakra system as the base flow, each session unfolds according to what your energy is calling for in the moment. These sessions focus on personal growth and overall well-being by helping bring awareness to patterns that may be ready to heal, while also supporting what is already flowing well.

I understand that sound healing is a simple, gentle, energy-based vibrational technique that may be used for stress reduction, relaxation, energetic balance, and support with overall well-being. Sound healing affects each person differently, and research has shown many positive benefits for the mind and body. However, as with any practice, there are some medical conditions to be mindful of. Due to the detox and healing reaction the body often goes through after a session, it's important to check if this modality is safe for you at this time. This information is based on anecdotal experience and not research, due to this it is important to loop in your health care professionals and limit the use of this method until you know how your body reacts. That being said, it is possible to slightly changed the methods used, and focus more on integrating energy healing, depending on your circumstance to better fit your needs. If you are experiencing a current states of illness and have a team in place to support you, sound methods can be used more effectively but are not meant as a solo treatment for those in states of acute illness or disease. Conditions To Be Cautious Of: -Active Cancer, End of life, Active Intense Illness, Pregnancy, Electrical Implants such as a Pacemaker, New Concussions *need to be at least 3 months post concussion to receive this modality, Seizure Disorders

I understand that energy healing is a gentle, holistic modality that may be used for stress reduction, relaxation, spiritual growth, energetic support, and encouraging the body’s natural ability to move toward balance.

I understand that intuitive guidance may be offered during this session as supportive insight, reflection, or energetic information that may come through during the session. I understand that intuitive guidance is not a guarantee, prediction, diagnosis, or absolute truth, and I am encouraged to use my own discernment with anything shared.

I understand that all modalities used by Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC are holistic in nature and are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, energetic awareness, spiritual growth, personal reflection, and overall well-being.

I understand that services provided by Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC are not medical care, mental health counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed medical or mental health professional.

I understand that Trinity Ball is not acting as a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed medical provider during this session.

I understand that nothing said, done, felt, or experienced during the session should be interpreted as a medical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plan, prescription, or substitute for medical or psychological care.

I understand that if I have any physical, emotional, psychological, or psychiatric condition, it is my responsibility to seek care from a licensed physician, therapist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

I understand that this type of offering may not be appropriate for everyone depending on their current mental, emotional, or psychological state. If I am currently experiencing severe distress, crisis, psychosis, mania, suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, dissociation, untreated trauma symptoms, or any condition that affects my ability to feel grounded or safe, I understand that this session may not be the right fit at this time.

I understand that if I am in crisis or feel at risk of harming myself or someone else, I should contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

I understand that sound healing, energy healing, and intuitive guidance may bring emotions, memories, sensations, or inner awareness to the surface. I understand that I am responsible for communicating my needs, boundaries, and comfort level before, during, and after the session.

I will inform Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC prior to each session if I have a pacemaker, insulin pump, seizure disorder, complex trauma/PTSD, pregnancy, sound sensitivity, recent surgery, implanted medical device, or any other medical condition that may be affected by sound, vibration, energy work, relaxation-based practices, or meditative states.

I understand it is my responsibility to check with a licensed physician or healthcare professional to determine whether sound healing, energy healing, meditation, or relaxation-based practices are safe for me, especially if I am pregnant, have a pacemaker, insulin pump, seizure disorder, complex trauma/PTSD, psychiatric condition, or any other complex medical condition.

I understand that some medical or mental health conditions may prevent certain sound healing or energy healing modalities from being used during my session.

I understand that I may ask to pause, adjust, or stop the session at any time. I understand that Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC, may stop the session at anytime if she feels that is best for the client or if any inappropriate behavior has occurred.

I understand that intuitive guidance offered in this session is intended to support personal insight, reflection, growth, and energetic awareness.

I understand that Trinity Ball of Earthen Healing LLC do not use intuitive guidance to diagnose illness, predict death, guarantee future outcomes, make medical decisions, make financial decisions, make legal decisions, or replace professional care.

I understand that there are certain topics Trinity Ball does not look into or provide intuitive guidance on. These may include, but are not limited to:

health predictions

tragedy-based predictions

Legal matters or court outcomes

major financial predictions

Another person’s private thoughts, feelings, or life without their consent

Questions intended to control, manipulate, or interfere with another person’s free will

Topics that feel unethical, unsafe, or outside the scope of this work

I understand that Trinity Ball reserves the right to gently redirect, decline, or not answer any question or topic that feels outside the ethical scope of the session.

I understand that I am responsible for my own choices, actions, and decisions after the session.

I understand that sound healing, energy healing, and intuitive guidance may complement medical, therapeutic, or psychological care I may already be receiving, but they do not replace licensed professional support.

I understand that relaxation can be beneficial for overall well-being, and that holistic sessions may support a greater sense of calm, grounding, awareness, and connection.

I understand that results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and communicating if anything feels uncomfortable, overwhelming, or unsafe.

I understand that I may be encouraged to rest, hydrate, journal, reflect, or seek additional support after the session if needed. I understand that sessions are not recorded, but the client may use a personal audio device on their end or may take notes during the session. The Client is free to bring questions to the session, with the understanding that some may not be answered if it falls outside of the ethical scope of Trinity Ball's work.

I understand that this is an overview of treatment information and that I will also be required to sign a liability release before or during my appointment if I have not already signed one.
